Heating pad:
Material: cotton. Filling: cherry stones. The stones come from EU. They were dried thoroughly and mechanically cleaned. When heated, they have a delicate and nice cherry aroma. It can be used in a microwave.

How to heat the cherry stone pad: approx.1,5 min (600 W) in a microwave; in an electric oven: 15 min in 100 Celsius degrees; on a radiator: till the pad will be warm. After heating, the pad is warm for approx. 30 minutes. As a cooling pad: chill it in a freezer or a fridge (in a clean and dry plastic bag).
